Pre-Orders
Where stated, pieces are available for pre-order. Due to the limited nature of the garments in the 'by Paloma' collection, we prefer to offer items in this way to avoid any unnecessary production. This is alignment with our beliefs and principles in fashion sustainability. Please allow around 3 weeks for your piece to be made. Once the item is complete you will receive an update as it will be posted to you immediately with a tracking number.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary ~ North America: 2-6 business days / Europe: 3-6 business days / Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 business days
Tracking numbers are always provided.
Is express shipping available on purchases?
If you wish to upgrade to express delivery, you can do so upon checkout at only a small extra cost.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order at all.
Please choose carefully ~ we gladly offer exchanges or credits, except on made-to-order items.
Contact shoponemoment@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We are a small team of myself and two seamstresses, crafting every piece by hand. Each custom made order takes hours to create and is made especially for you.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Sizing details
The measurements are listed for each piece along with the standard size corresponding to these measurements. Please ask any questions, I am here to help and will offer an honest opinion!
